Four of a series published some 50 years ago by the Medeci Press
in England, which is evidently no longer in  business.  They were
given to us in 1953 by Martha Foster Stearns, then Editor of
"The Herbarist", of the Herb Society of America, who published
Daniel J. Foley's article, " Mary Gardens" that year.  There was
also a fifth, "Our Lady's Slipper", which we no longer have.

There were apparently 10 or 12 cards in the series (judging by
their serial numbers) and if anyone knows or learns of the existance
of the others and can obtain them or photographic or scanned color
copies of them for our archives and this web site we would be
overjoyed and everlastingly grateful.  Let us know at our email
